With an illustrious career spanning Two decades, Subir Ranjan, a seasoned legal veteran, has established himself as a preeminent figure in the legal profession. 

From navigating the labyrinth of corporate law, extensive experience in Litigation Management, Dispute Resolution, Contract Administration, Compliances and Risk Analysis and Management entailing medium & high-value Projects encompassing Infrastructure, Mining, Airports, Metro & Railways, Highways Transportation & Ropeways, Oil, Pipelines and Tankages, Hospitals and Highways, FMCG, Food and Beverages, Drugs & Pharmaceutical SEZ, etc., Mr. Ranjan’s expertise knows no bounds. 

He has managed Legal Outsourcing Processes and other legal matters of diverse dimensions across various Courts in India and overseas. He has been exposed to dealing in overseas legal proceedings before the Supreme Court of Singapore, Chancellery Division of the High Court, London UK, Manchester Magistrate’s Court, Regional Court Krakow (Poland), Dubai Courts/Ras-Al-Khaimah Court/The Supreme Court of Libya, State of Qatar High Court and the Supreme Court of Kenya, Supreme Court at Vancouver, British Columbia. Substantial experience in conducting Dispute Resolution and Arbitration matters under IAA 1996 as well as, before the International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre. and Dubai International Arbitration Centre. He has extensive experience in real estate matters, including registration of projects under RERA, promoter registration, compliance, remittance and withdrawal, and handling consumer grievances before various forums related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

He has also worked on major legal consultancy assignments, including monitoring risk assessment, hazard identification, and mitigation, health, safety & environment (HSE) audits and accident investigations under Mining Laws, implementing job hazard analysis and daily task hazard assessment. He has also appeared and handled matters before various forums, including consumer courts, MRTP, MSME, NGT, NCLT, NCLAT, and competition commissions, with claim values ranging up to INR 800 crore.
