Who we are
The idea behind formation of Sunavo & Berdit is to provide General Counsel’s perspective to the industry/corporates. As General Counsels, we take 360-degree view of the business and are more sensitive about business, shareholders values and compliances hence, we have an expertise to advise not only with respect to all around legal issues, but also to resolve complexities of laws being faced by the industry. Our team has more than 100 years to combined experience in legal and compliance. We have established ourselves with many firsts’ in the industry, negotiated and drafted thousands of contracts, structured several deals, have been part of small and high-cost M&As, applied and protected more than 2000 trademarks/IPR, led the team for IPOs, successfully got awards and accolades in domestic and international arbitrations before Singapore International Centre for Arbitration, Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Canadian Arbitration Centre, superior courts in United Kingdom and won litigation in various jurisdictions apart from various others than legal matters before Supreme Court of various jurisdictions. The team also has good connect with industry chambers and Bar associations for successfully resolving business issues.
